We can apply a ‘Claim Direct’ to recover fees and ongoing costs directly into your Calder Vets account. You will not be required to pay any fees that are settled by your insurer.
Can anyone ‘Claim Direct’?
Each direct claim is assessed by the Insurance Team for approval. This is a simple process and a decision can be reached within a few hours. We are pleased to say we approve the majority of cases.
If approved, will I be required to pay anything towards my bill?
The policyholder, account holder or signed authority will remain liable for all policy excess payments, deductions made by your insurer and non-claimable items.
I would like to ‘Claim Direct’, how do I get started?
Contact the Insurance Team on *********** – Office Hours Monday – Friday
You will need to have to hand:
1) Your policy details – insurance company, policy number and the date the policy became active
2) Details of any other vets your pet has visited
3) You may be required to let your insurance company know that Calder Vets have permission to speak to them
